Explyt Enterprise Installation

To use Explyt Enterprise within a corporate infrastructure, simply installing the Explyt plugin on your devices is not sufficient. It is also necessary to deploy two key components:

  • Explyt Server — responsible for license management and centralized system monitoring.
  • LLM Server — ensures secure interaction with large language models within the corporate infrastructure.

Before you begin deployment​

For the installation of Explyt Server, we will provide you with:

  • A corporate license key,
  • An Ansible playbook for automated deployment.

To obtain the license key, send a request to sales@explyt.com. The Ansible playbook template can be found here.

The following information is required to generate the license key:

  • The IP address or domain name that will be used to host the server;
  • The number of plugin users included in the corporate subscription;
  • The desired license term.

How to deploy Explyt Server?​

After you have received the license key and the customized Ansible playbook, proceed with the Deployment of Explyt Server

⚠️ Please note: The monitoring system is not mandatory; however, we recommend enabling it. Telemetry data is collected within your company's infrastructure and is not sent to external sources. It can also be provided to us to help reproduce and resolve issues that have occurred.

Minimum hardware requirements: 2 CPU, 8 GB RAM, 30 GB Storage.

How to deploy LLM Server?​

Here we offer two deployment options:

  • VPC: On the partner’s cloud provider servers;
  • On-premise: Within your company's infrastructure.

If you plan to implement On-premise deployment, ensure that your infrastructure meets the following minimum specifications:

GPU2 × Nvidia H100 80 GB
CPU16 cores
RAM256 GB
Storage512 GB

If your infrastructure does not meet these requirements, please email sales@explyt.com — we will help you select an optimal solution.

It is also allowed to connect your own language model. However, it is important to take into account that such models may be of lower quality and have not been fine-tuned for the tasks of the Explyt plugin. Consequently, this may negatively impact the tool's accuracy and stability.

How to install the Explyt plugin in your IDE?​

The installation process depends on the chosen deployment option:

  • VPC: Follow the plugin installation steps from this instruction
  • On-premise: Request the plugin distribution package and instructions from sales@explyt.com. It is required to use the build that is compatible with the version of Explyt Server deployed in your infrastructure.

After installing the plugin, its start window will open.

  1. Select the Enterprise tariff plan
  2. Enter the provided license key
